3. Claimed or Checked In
At the counter, the driver presents the release information to claim inbound freight, or tenders your outbound shipment to the airline before its acceptance deadline.

Inbound freight travels straight from the airport to your address — no warehouse stop, no transfer. The receiver signs, the delivery is documented, and account holders can follow the run through our client portal.
